From a voice note to a social media post

You talk for a minute about what happened at work. Laspi Pro turns the recording into text and writes a separate post for each network you pick, in the language your customers read. You check it, change what you want, and it goes on the calendar.

How it works

  1. 1. Record on the home screen

Open Laspi Pro in the app or in the browser and tap the microphone. Talk the way you would tell a friend: what's new, what went wrong, what a customer said. A recording stops by itself at five minutes. If you'd rather type, the same box takes text.

  2. 2. Make a post, or save it as an idea

Once the recording is saved you get two buttons. "Make a post" opens the post dialog straight away. "Save as idea" puts it on your idea board, and a note with several topics becomes several ideas. If you close the screen without choosing, the text lands in your ideas on its own.

  3. 3. One text per network

You pick the networks for this post. Each one gets its own text, at the length that network suits, written in the content language set for your project. The app can be in English while your posts come out in Spanish.

  4. 4. Picture, date, publishing

Every post gets a picture generated from its text and a date on your calendar. If you connected Telegram, LinkedIn, Bluesky or a Facebook Page, the post goes out there on that date. On other networks you publish it yourself from your phone's share menu.

An example: a café owner, 40 seconds

What she said (transcript, shortened)

So this week we finally started baking our own sourdough for the toasts. It comes out of the oven at half seven, so the first toasts are at eight, not before. On Wednesday the oven died at noon, we did cold sandwiches until closing and honestly nobody minded. It's fixed now. Oh, and Saturday we're open till three.

Our toast bread is baked here now. Sourdough, every morning, out of the oven at 7:30. That's why the first toasts are at 8 and not earlier. On Wednesday the oven gave up at noon. We made cold sandwiches until closing and nobody minded. It's repaired. This Saturday we're open until 3 pm. #sourdough #breakfast #neighbourhoodcafe

Your posts will read differently: the writer works from your words and your project profile, so a café in Leeds and a café in Valencia don't get the same text.

What it won't do

It won't invent a discount, an event or a review you never mentioned. Posts are built from what you said and what's in your project profile. TikTok, X and WhatsApp don't let us publish for you: there the post is ready with its picture, and you send it from the share menu in two taps.

Questions

Which languages can the posts be in?

The ones you set as content languages for your project, and that setting is separate from the app language. You can use the app in English and get posts in Russian. Each post is in one language; the same idea in a second language is a second post.

How long can the voice note be?

Up to five minutes per recording, then it stops by itself. For one post, 30 to 90 seconds is usually enough. If you have more to say, record another note, or save this one as an idea so each topic gets its own card.

Does it publish by itself?

On Telegram channels, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Facebook Pages, yes, once you connect them: the post goes out on its calendar date, or right away with "Publish now". We never ask for your passwords. On networks that don't allow outside publishing you get a finished post and share it from your phone.

Are my own photos used?

The picture is generated from the post's text; your photos are not sent to the image model. If you want your own photo on the post, attach it to the note before sending. Then your photo is the picture, and nothing is generated over it.

What happens to the recording?

It is turned into text and the audio is deleted right after. The text stays, and you can read all your notes on the Notes page. If transcription fails, we keep the audio and retry up to three times; the 30-day cleanup erases it at the latest. Your texts are not used to train models unless you switch that on yourself.

How much does it cost?

The free start gives you a growth plan and 2 ready posts, once, without a card. Paid plans start at €19 a month.
