These terms govern your use of Laspi. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Laspi creates draft social-media content from the materials you provide. You review, approve and publish it yourself; we do not post to your accounts.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account and for the rights to the materials you upload.
Acceptable use
Don't use Laspi for unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
Plans, payment & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Unused weekly items don't roll over. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the paid month — we don't refund partial months. As an EU/EEA consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on new purchases; because the service is digital and begins as soon as you generate content, by starting you ask us to begin during that period and the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided. If something goes wrong on our side, write to org@laspi.pro and we'll put it right.
Content & IP
You keep ownership of your materials and the content you publish, and grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you are responsible for reviewing every piece of content before you publish it. To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
