Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Laspi Pro. By using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Laspi Pro creates draft social-media content from the materials you provide. You review and approve it. If you connect a site with the Laspi Pro plugin, you authorise Laspi Pro to publish articles to that site on your behalf through a revocable Application Password, which you can withdraw at any time from the plugin or your WordPress profile.
Connected accounts and sharing with platforms
Connecting a social account or channel is voluntary, and the service works fully without it — you simply publish by hand. By connecting an account you instruct us to publish on your behalf and agree that, with every publication, we transmit to that platform the post text, the attached image or video, the publication time and the identifier of your account, channel or site. From that moment the platform (today LinkedIn, Telegram, Bluesky and your own WordPress; later, as we add them, Meta for Facebook and Instagram, Google Business Profile and others) processes that data as an independent controller under ITS own terms and privacy policy, which you accept directly with it. Published content is public: disconnecting stops future publishing, but an already-published post is deleted on the platform itself. You are responsible for the published content complying with the platform's rules and third-party rights. Details are in the Privacy Policy, section «What we send to a platform when you publish».
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account and for the rights to the materials you upload.
Acceptable use
Don't use Laspi Pro for unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
Plans, payment & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Unused publications don't roll over. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the paid month — we don't refund partial months. As an EU/EEA consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on new purchases; because the service is digital and begins as soon as you generate content, by starting you ask us to begin during that period and the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided. If something goes wrong on our side, write to org@laspi.pro and we'll put it right.
Content & IP
You keep ownership of your materials and the content you publish, and grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and you are responsible for reviewing every piece of content before you publish it. To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use means acceptance.
