- Do I need any marketing or tech skills?
- No. You record a short voice note and tap approve. There are no prompts, templates or dashboards to learn.
- Will the content actually sound like me?
- Yes. Laspi Pro learns your brand voice and builds from your updates: photorealistic images and short videos generated in your style, and you approve everything before it goes out.
- Do you ask for my social passwords?
- Your account password — never. Where a network offers no other way in (Bluesky, WordPress), you create a separate app password yourself and can delete it on that network at any moment. Your own WordPress site can be connected with our plugin, and then articles go out there on their own, through an access you can revoke at any moment.
- Which platforms does it support?
- Every plan includes all your platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube, X, WhatsApp and Google Business.
- Can it post in more than one language?
- Yes. Content is generated natively (not translated) in your audience's languages, so pick any language for each project, from English or Spanish to Ukrainian, German or Arabic, and generate the same idea in several languages at once.
- How much time does it take?
- About two minutes: one voice note and a tap to approve.
- What's the free signup gift?
- A growth plan for your business plus 2 ready posts with photorealistic images, made from your business, not a template. No card needed.
- Can I make Instagram posts by voice?
- Yes, that's exactly what Laspi Pro is for. You record one short voice note about what's new in your business, and Laspi Pro turns it into a batch of ready posts for Instagram and your other networks: captions, images and short videos. You just review and publish.
- How is Laspi Pro different from Jasper or Canva Magic Write?
- Writing assistants like Jasper or Canva Magic Write give you a text box: you still plan topics, write prompts, design visuals and remember to post. Laspi Pro is a done-for-you content package for small businesses: one voice note becomes a planned batch of posts with captions per network, images and videos. A simpler alternative when you don't want to become your own content team.
Billing & payments
- How does payment work, and is it secure?
- Payment runs entirely on Stripe, the processor trusted by millions of companies. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout, and Laspi Pro never sees or stores your card; we only receive a confirmation that your subscription is active.
- Do you store my card details?
- No. We never receive or keep card numbers: anything to do with your card lives on Stripe's side. You can update or remove your card any time in the Stripe customer portal, linked from your profile.
- Can I cancel anytime? Are there refunds?
- Plans are monthly and you can cancel whenever you like, from your profile, which opens Stripe's own cancel flow. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Which currency, and is VAT included?
- Prices are in euros and include VAT. You always see the final price before you pay.
- Do I need a card for the free signup gift?
- No. The free growth plan and 2 posts need no card at all, and you only add one if you decide to subscribe.
Privacy & your data
- What happens to my voice notes?
- Your voice note is transcribed to text and the audio is then deleted, so we don't keep recordings. The text is used to build your posts and your business memory.
- Do you sell my data?
- Never. We don't sell or share your data. It's used only to generate your content and run your account.
- Is Laspi Pro GDPR-compliant?
- Yes. Laspi Pro is operated from the EU and follows GDPR. You can edit or delete your project, and the data with it, any time from the app.
- Do you read my social accounts?
- No. We do not collect or analyse your feed, your followers or your messages. And we never ask for your account password.
Technical & troubleshooting
- Is there an app to install? Which devices work?
- Laspi Pro is a web app you can add to your home screen in one tap. It works on iPhone, Android and desktop, no app store needed. Everything runs in your browser.
- A post's image looks wrong or didn't generate. What do I do?
- Tap redo on the post to regenerate it, or edit the text and regenerate the image. If something keeps looking off, tell us through the contact form on this page and we'll fix it.
- Can I edit a post before publishing?
- Yes. You can rewrite the caption and regenerate the image or video as many times as you need.
- How do I publish to my networks?
- Each post has a share button that opens your phone's share sheet, so you publish to Instagram, TikTok and the rest in two taps.
- How long are my posts kept?
- Post texts stay in your feed and archive indefinitely. Only the generated images and videos are cleaned up after 60 days, so download the files you want to keep.
