- Do I need any marketing or tech skills?
- No. You record a short voice note and tap approve. There are no prompts, templates or dashboards to learn.
- Will the content actually sound like me?
- Yes. Laspi learns your brand voice and builds from your updates — photorealistic images and short videos generated in your style — and you approve everything before it goes out.
- Does Laspi post to my accounts automatically?
- No. We never ask for your social passwords and never post for you. You publish yourself in two taps — only what you approve.
- Which platforms does it support?
- Every plan includes all your platforms — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Telegram, YouTube and X.
- Can it post in more than one language?
- Yes. Content is generated natively (not translated) in your audience's languages — English, Spanish and Russian now, with more coming.
- How much time does it take each week?
- About two minutes — one voice note and a tap to approve.
- What's the free signup gift?
- A marketing strategy for your business plus 2 ready posts with photorealistic images — made from your business, not a template. No card needed.
Billing & payments
- How does payment work, and is it secure?
- Payment runs entirely on Stripe, the processor trusted by millions of companies. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout — Laspi never sees or stores your card; we only receive a confirmation that your subscription is active.
- Do you store my card details?
- No. We never receive or keep card numbers — anything to do with your card lives on Stripe's side. You can update or remove your card any time in the Stripe customer portal, linked from your profile.
- Can I cancel anytime? Are there refunds?
- Plans are monthly and you can cancel whenever you like, from your profile — it opens Stripe's own cancel flow. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Which currency, and is VAT included?
- Prices are in euros and include VAT. You always see the final price before you pay.
- Do I need a card for the free signup gift?
- No. The free strategy and 2 posts need no card at all — you only add one if you decide to subscribe.
Privacy & your data
- What happens to my voice notes?
- Your weekly voice note is transcribed to text and the audio is then deleted — we don't keep recordings. The text is used to build that week's posts and your business memory.
- Do you sell my data?
- Never. We don't sell or share your data. It's used only to generate your content and run your account.
- Is Laspi GDPR-compliant?
- Yes. Laspi is operated from the EU and follows GDPR. You can edit or delete your project — and the data with it — any time from the app.
- Do you read or post anything on my social accounts?
- No. We never ask for your social passwords and have no access to your accounts. You publish yourself, manually, from your phone.
Technical & troubleshooting
- Is there an app to install? Which devices work?
- Laspi is a web app you can add to your home screen in one tap — it works on iPhone, Android and desktop, no app store needed. Everything runs in your browser.
- A post's image looks wrong or didn't generate — what do I do?
- Tap redo on the post to regenerate it, or edit the text and regenerate the image. If something keeps looking off, tell us through the contact form on this page and we'll fix it.
- Can I edit a post before publishing?
- Yes. You can rewrite the caption and regenerate the image or video. Nothing goes out until you approve it.
- How do I publish to my networks?
- Each post has a share button that opens your phone's share sheet, so you publish to Instagram, TikTok and the rest in two taps. Laspi never posts automatically.
- How long are my posts kept?
- Generated posts stay in your feed for 60 days, then are removed automatically. Publish or archive the ones you want to keep.
