Want AI to recommend you to customers? We built a directory for that

New free Laspi feature: one checkbox and your business gets a page that ChatGPT, Gemini and search engines can actually read. Here is what it looks like and how to switch it on in 5 minutes.

Customers increasingly ask ChatGPT instead of Google: "where can I get a manicure nearby", "which QA course would you recommend". If your business has no website, you simply don't exist for AI: Instagram is closed to AI crawlers, so the model physically cannot recommend you.

We fixed that. Every business on Laspi now gets a free public page that both people and AI can read, plus a directory through which AI agents and search engines discover our clients.

What one checkbox gets you

  • A page at laspi.pro/b/your-business, in every language you picked in your project
  • Copy written for real search queries ("manicure in Alicante, prices and booking"), that's how people find you
  • schema.org markup that AI parses into facts: name, city, services, links
  • A slot in a directory ChatGPT actually eats: it answers from the Bing index, and we push pages there directly
  • An "owner-confirmed" date, the freshness signal engines love
A business page: services, answers to real queries, case studies — all from your profile
A business page: services, answers to real queries, case studies — all from your profile

How to switch it on, 3 steps, 5 minutes

  1. Open your project card and fill the basics: what you do, niche, languages, city (or write "online")
  2. Add 3 facts in the "Facts" block: services, cases, reviews, they become cards on your page
  3. Tick "Make this business visible to AI and search engines", the page builds itself

That's it. Automation takes over: the page updates with every profile edit, and we ping search engines instantly, no waiting for a crawler to drop by.

It's not a directory for people, that's the point

We are not building "another review site". Our directory is a technical storefront for machines: an open data feed, markup on every card, and an agent layer we keep building, so that your future customer's AI agent can find you and recommend you directly.

Control and honesty

  • Changed your mind? Untick the box: the page tells engines "gone", the address stays yours
  • Only data you provided gets published. Phone and email only if you marked them public
  • Honestly: getting into AI answers takes months, not days. But without an indexable page your odds are zero
One checkbox today is your bid for ChatGPT naming you tomorrow.

Find a specialist you can actually trust

Queries like "find a specialist near me", "verified local business" or "business directory with reviews" are increasingly asked to AI assistants, not search boxes. The Laspi directory answers them differently: every card is not a self-written ad but a page built from the owner's facts, passed through a quality threshold and re-confirmed yearly. Looking for a salon, a tutor, an online course or a consultant, the directory's niche and city collections show living, verifiable businesses, not SEO noise.

A business directory both people and machines can read

Classic directories were built for people and died when people moved to search. An AI-first directory works the other way round: the same data is served in every format machines understand, from schema.org markup to a direct API. So "add your business to the directory" here doesn't mean a line in a list, it means entering the infrastructure AI assistants draw answers from. Free, for any registered business.

How it works under the hood

One checkbox on the project card starts the chain: Laspi builds a page from your profile written for real search queries, runs it through a quality threshold and publishes it at laspi.pro/b/your-name. From there the page reaches every place machines read: the directory and its niche/city collections, machine feeds (JSON, RSS, a markdown mirror), sitemaps for Google and Bing, and our MCP server, the "phone book" AI agents query directly. When ChatGPT or Perplexity look for someone to recommend, they find a page they can read end-to-end, and cite with a link to you.

Why every profile field matters

  • Name, the canonical form of your entity: machines merge every mention of you by it.
  • Niche, your directory category and the page's query-shaped headings ("Manicure in Alicante, prices").
  • "What we do", the source of your description and customer-question answers.
  • City or "online", the directory's geo collections and "near me" queries. Online businesses get their own collection.
  • Languages, the page is generated in every language you pick, with mutual markup for search engines.
  • The Facts block, your page's services, cases and FAQ. Without facts the page is an empty shell, and the quality threshold won't publish it: that protects the directory from junk AI wouldn't trust.

Reviews are their own superpower

Reviews on known platforms are the strongest trust signal for AI: other people's words about you. In the "Where you're found" checklist, paste links to your review-platform profiles, Laspi ties them to your page with sameAs markup, and machines merge all your profiles into one entity. Frequently asked questions

Why isn't my business on Instagram enough for AI recommendations?
AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini cannot reliably access Instagram content because it is a closed ecosystem behind authentication walls and dynamic loading. They rely on indexable web pages with structured data to understand and cite businesses.
What information do AI assistants need to recommend my business?
They need a plain, structured web page with schema.org LocalBusiness markup that includes your business name, location, services, and a link they can cite. This allows them to parse your business as an entity.
How does Laspi help my business get found by AI?
Laspi generates a free, AI-readable business-card page with full schema markup from your project details. You just activate visibility, fill in a few fields, and it creates a page that search-backed AI assistants can index and cite.
Is the Laspi business page really free?
Yes, the feature is genuinely free, not a trial or teaser for a paid tier. It is available to anyone who uses Laspi for project management.
Will I immediately appear in ChatGPT recommendations after creating the page?
No, AI citation is probabilistic and depends on many factors. However, without an indexable page, citation is impossible. Creating the page opens a path to being recommended.
